Myroslava Dzikovska is a Senior Research Fellow in the School of Informatics, with over 10 years experience developing multimodal user interfaces, in particular, dialogue systems in domains such as logistics, medication advice and intelligent tutoring. Her main areas of expertise are natural language processing, system integration, evaluation and data analysis. She has been PI or Co-PI on projects to build and evaluate tutorial dialogue systems. Recent relevant work explores how different aspects of system behaviour influence user satisfaction.
