Changeworks, based in Edinburgh, has worked over 20 years with local authorities, community organisations, housing associations, private landlords, government organisations and businesses. Services are provided by a multi-skilled team, including surveyors, project managers, communications and behaviour change experts, and fuel poverty advisors. Changeworks is experienced in both reactive support for householders and the recruitment and maintenance of medium to long term relationships with householders.

The National Energy Foundation, based in Milton Keynes, has been involved in household energy monitoring for 20 years, and are currently providing recruitment, management, surveys and behavioural research for EON's Home Energy Management System trial. NEF has considerable experience in domestic energy including household recruitment, data collection, analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, and provision of feedback and personalised reports.

Carnego Systems Ltd has considerable experience procuring, installing, maintaing and monitoring the kind of wireless sensors systems that we plan to use in the IDEAL project.  Carnego is also looking at energy feedback displays and how to design them for the most effective presentation of information to householders.
